Mission: 1. Year One
Location: The school
Timeline: After who is rescuing who

Caitlin's motorcycle had seen a little bit of damage from her entrance into the fight. But thankfully it hadn't been destroyed in the riot. she had made her way out of there. After a turn or two, she saw a van with the same Crest on it. Inside she could see at least one figure she recognized from the group. She was sure her cousin must have heard the problems at the speech. While Caitlin didn't want to worry her, she figured making sure the kids got home was top priority.

It only took a little bit to get out of the town and into farmland. She watched as the vehicle turned, then turned again and she kept pace. She didn't want to be too close but she figured she needed to be near them. Though what she really wanted was a good nap. She felt like she had been up for several days straight and just ran 10 miles.

She wanted to remove her helmet. And thankfully it wasn't too humid yet. She turned on the blinker to her bike, shortly after the van in front of her had done the same. She followed them through another turn. And then it turned up what looked like a driveway. As she went to turn, she realized that her cousin and one of the other riders was with her. She shot her cousin a quick thumbs up as she made her turn. The other two motorcycles followed suit.

If she was honest with herself, she would have said she was worried. In joining the fight, even with her cat helmet on, there was that chance someone would know it was her. After all she was a registered mutant. And not many of them had a prehensile tail and look like a giant cat. But that was in the past. And she was wearing a cat helmet. So they didn't have definite proof, other than her license plate on her motorcycle. And if she had to deal with it again in the future. But there was no point in worrying about it now.

The van pulled down the drive, passing rows of trees. She kept eyeing around. Looking for a place to park her bike. She quickly had a spot and pulled in, her cousin following her.

"We heard about the attack. I knew we shouldn't have let you go alone." Her cousin stated when they had shut the motorcycles off.

"I'm fine." Caitlin replied "but I'm exhausted. The people in that van I was following are the ones that I'm supposed to have an interview with tomorrow. They had kids at the thing and they were in the middle of being attacked. I believe they're mutants, one of them seemed to be like a bear and one was able to shrink away. And one of the kids was shooting water. I wanted to make sure they got here safely. But I'm exhausted and I'm going to take a nap." Just telling her cousin that seemed to sap even more of her strength. It took a lot to swing her leg off of the motorcycle. Thankfully she had instinctively dropped the kickstand so it didn't fall down. She didn't even bother to look around, or she would have realized they were in a small clearing with trees about 10 feet away how she had seen it she didn't know. All she knew was there was a pillow with her name on it coming soon

"All right we'll keep an eye on you." Her cousin said has Caitlin began to pull a bedroll off of the back of her bike. She tossed it on the ground and flopped on it like a dead fish. She didn't even bother to remove her cat helmet. Within seconds she was out.
